The practice of mindfulness is made much easier when you are guided to return to your felt sense of being in the body – the part of you that is always in the present. (But how?)
This experiential session will start with fascinating demonstration with bioresonance technology the real time effect on your body with simple practices, ideas for easy hacks for busy people, followed by practice to resource yourself.
You will also learn why it's so hard to quiet the mind (and stop feeling bad about it!) and how to do it by practising together.
In the 30 mins guided experience, you will receive expert guidance from award-winning alternative healer Anita, supported by the grounding and harmonising vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and carefully selected healing music. You will be amazed how your state of mind can shift so easily in such a short amount of time.
You will finish feeling much lighter and clearer - more of who you really are.
You can stay on and learn more, ask questions, pick up more tips in how you can repeat the experience at home, teach others, with or without singing bowls.
Schedule approximately a total of 60-75 mins to allow yourself to integrate and make the best out of this learning and practice experience.
Who is the facilitator?
Anita Cheung is an award-winning interdisciplinary health practitioner and transformation specialist, operating since 2005, and founder of iLiving (formerly i-Detox) Wellness centre in Hong Kong voted Best Alternative Healing Centre 2021.
Anita’s wellness centre hosted singing bowl and kirtan sessions in Hong Kong as early as 2009 in Hong Kong. Whether it’s Bioresonance which Anita practises or the singing bowls, Anita has witnessed the power of vibrational healing and considers these some of her top healing tools.
