What is “Systemic Constellation”?
The word “constellation” has nothing to do with “astrology” – it simply refers to the process of making what is hidden visible in 3-dimensional space, with the use of human representatives or objects representing people, elements and concepts in the system that is being looked at from a higher perspective.
The power of this fascinating work has to be EXPERIENCED.
This workshop is for:

How will you benefit?
You do not need to have a health issue or “problem” to benefit. But this workshop can help uncover root causes of unexplained/recurring challenges that have not been helped with obvious means, such as talk therapy, coaching, or “trying harder”. These are some of the areas this approach can help:

Our UNIQUE FORMAT:
Unlike other Constellation workshops which focus on individual cases with “Observers” and “Case-Givers”, in this workshop, one can join to do a “Deep Dive” Constellation (approx 60-75 mins), a Short Constellation (approx 30 mins) or a “Systemic Snapshot” (approx 15 mins) or join a “Non Case-giver. You can choose how deep you want to go. Even 15 mins for looking at your issue can reveal very useful insights.
Note: You can bring any issue to any workshop although we may have a THEME for the group exercises on each specific workshop.
You don’t even have to have your own constellation to benefit:
When you witness, participate in others’ constellations, or when you participate in the group exercise(s) in the workshops, you get insight and experience shifts.

About the Facilitator
Systemic constellation is a powerful modality that can reveal a lot in a very short amount of time. And the experience and outcome of it depends largely on the skills, awareness and attitude of the facilitator. Use discernment in your decision in working with this modality with a facilitator you resonate with.
Anita S K Cheung is a compassionate and non-judgemental inter-disciplinary facilitator, coach and health practitioner.
A systemic perspective is Anita's "natural" mode. Since a very young age, Anita has found her perspective to differ from her environment. She has always been interested in learning - philosophy, psychology, science and metaphysics, and most importantly, in seeing the connection, and seeing the parts in relation to the whole, and the "hidden".
Anita created the systemic 6-dimensional approach healing and transformation model practised in iLiving that is proven to support people through holistic transformation across all dimensions of their being.
Anita started coaching and health consulting professionally since 2005, following her personal transformation after resigning from her 13 years' career in the fashion industry and re-creating her career and life following her authentic life purpose.
In terms of systemic and family constellation work, she has been trained globally with systemic work and family constellation masters operating in a wide spectrum of working styles.
Anita is informed in the current understanding in healing emotional trauma and she integrates techniques that improve the safety and effectiveness in her constellation work.
Anita's style of family and systemic constellation is free of melodrama or superstition, and is empowering and transformation focused.
Apart from healing family and relational trauma using the constellation method, Anita is also well trained in the application of the constellation in human and animal health, organisational health and in facilitating personal healing in relation to collective topics.
Should you join the workshop or book a private session?
You can join the group workshop as a non-case giving participant to see what it is like first. Or you can book a private session. Both are powerful and experiential. Many prefer group workshops in the sense that they are also getting the benefit by observing or participating in others’ constellations which often widen and deepen their own healing and realisation. And workshop participation is more affordable.
